• Evaluate productivity of sales & customer support plans both individually and as a team.
• Contact potential merchants within the area and region to introduce #HOTTAB products
• Handle the entire range of sales and acquisition activities, including cold calling, initial
meetings and demonstrations, presentations, and closing business.
• Build long-term relationships with strategic key merchants who demonstrate importance
for the company. Also identify opportunities as well as providing key initiatives to assist
the Director of Sales to build a sales strategy.
• Align with the business’ overall sales strategy and develop medium- to long-term
strategic plans and tactics for the area and region to achieve target.
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services #HOTTAB
• Provide market knowledge to the Director of Sales regarding industry trends; reasons for
wins and losses; state of the competitive marketplace; product development needs; and
merchant/prospect perceptions of #HOTTAB.
• Build our customer leads database and approach potential clients including restaurants,
bars, hotels and food chains.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, report customer requirements and feedbacks to relevant
departments of the company.
• Meet prospects, create quotations, contracts, invoices, and receipts to generate sales.
